Terms of Service
By contacting me for commission-related services, clients agree to the following:
Artist retains right to use commissioned artwork as a commission art sample, portfolio sample, and as a social media post.
Commissioned artwork cannot be used to train AI, or be sold or used as an NFT
Requests can take up to 40 days. Clients can request a refund after the deadline if artwork hasn't been delivered
Commissioned artwork cannot be altered without the consent and knowledge of the artist.
Artist will not start on the commissioned artwork until at least 50% of the payment has been delivered. The final product will not be delivered until payment has been received in full.
Commissioned artwork progress may be streamed on Twitch unless an NDA or privacy fee has been decided on before starting on the artwork.
Prices listed on the Commission page of this website are considered base prices and are subject to change based on request complexity.
